Student Book Selection There are a number of selections in the Media Center available for all readers.  Each week students are guided toward books that are "just right readers" for them.  This follows the Readers Workshop lessons in their classrooms which encourages students to use their strategies to self select books that they can read independently.     The second book students choose each week is a book of their choice.  This can be a favorite picture book, a nonfiction book on a topic that interests them or a family favorite.   Please check your child's backpack on library day to see the new selections for the week.
