A bit more about me
Teaching is a second career for me. I first worked in the insurance industry as I finished my undergraduate degree. I began as 5th grade elementary education teacher in Ridgefield, CT, then moved to the Canton School district in 2001. I taught 6th grade at CIS for 5 years. I have been at the Middle School here for the last 5 years. I teach 7th and 8th Grade science.
Additionally, I am the Advisor for FCCLA (cooking club) and SFS (Substance Free Students).
I love teaching, science, and Canton. It's a great place to work!
