A bit more about me
I live in West Hartford with my wife and three children, one dog and one cat. My twin daughters (Camille and Juliette) are currently in 5th grade and my son (Quinn) is in 1st grade. We love to go to Cape Cod as a family. Going to the beach, eating ice cream and visiting the seals in Chatham are some of our favorite activities at the Cape. We recently just started fishing as a family. My wife doesn't get it but we drag her along anyway. This past summer we all fished the city rivers of Chicago. That was a lot of fun. We also went to a Cubs game at Wrigley field and visited many of the museums in Chicago.
Before I was lucky enough to get a job teaching Physical Education in Canton I worked several other jobs. After college I was drafted by the Colorado Rockies and played professional baseball for about 4 years. The experience of playing pro baseball and fulfilling a childhood dream was really amazing. After I had to stop playing baseball I worked at ESPN as a graphics operator. While at ESPN I worked on many different TV shows such as Sportscenter, Baseball Tonight, ESPN news, NFL shows and the Tour de France. After several years at ESPN I decided to go back to school to become a teacher. Teaching in Canton since 2001 has been a wonderful experience and I am excited for another year at our great school!
