Our Canton High School Expectations

How does this project address the school’s mission statement? Which Canton High School expectations are we hoping to assess? We’re hoping that through this project students will be able to:

• demonstrate the willingness, knowledge, and skills needed to participate in American society and the democratic process
• demonstrate the ability to listen, view, and read with understanding and to speak and write effectively
• demonstrate an awareness and understanding of the diversities of American and world cultures
  
• demonstrate an ability to formulate questions, to research information, to solve problems, and to make cogent decisions
