At Cherry Brook Primary School we believe that technology is a necessary and valuable tool to prepare our students to become lifelong learners. All kindergarten through third grade students visit the computer lab every week. Students learn valuable computer skills such as how to utilize math programs, drawing and painting programs and word processing. They explore the Internet and publish their work in the form of books, slide shows, research projects, simple stories and iMovies. Students also have a chance to learn about other technologies such as digital cameras, digital camcorders, Smartboards and scanners.
