2007-08 Physical Education goals:
*Respect- earn and give it
*Explore, practice and improve sports skills
*Take responsibility for and value personal fitness
*Together -we have fun

Goal setting - each student was given an opportunity to set PE goals at the beginning of the year.  We talked about what a goal is; something to reach for or achieve and individual goals should be personally meaningful to each student.  At different points of the year each student and I will talk one on one about the goals they set.  They will share with me what they have been doing in class and outside of class with regard to achieving their goals.  It should be an interesting experience.
